Santa Clara Pueblo

Veronica Naranjo was born in 1948 and has been making pottery since 1954. She is the daughter of Barbarita Naranjo and granddaughter of Pasqualita Tafoya. She specializes in deep carved stone polished redware. She uses all natural materials and fires her pottery outdoors. She lives with her sister Mary Scarborough who makes pottery just like Veronica. Veronica is on the right in the photo.
